Show Tables Payments

Table Costs online for the 2025 Sturbridge Show (read below):

If you are purchasing a table for the show, either for selling or display, please follow each item below, since all the requested information is necessary to process your show application.

If you use the club email and log-onto Paypal to only pay the lower rate (by check, cash, or money order), you will be charged the difference at the show before entering, or your application will be refused.  We are already cutting as many costs to keep the show affordable for everyone, and appreciate your buying the tables through the club website only, if you choose to use Paypal. 
So if you did pay the lower rate through PayPal this year, you will need to pay the difference upon entering as an exhibitor.  Thanks so much. 
  • Once directed to the PayPal checkout page, you will need to put the following information in the comments box or email us directly at NEAASClub@gmail.com with the required information. This is required.

  • Exhibitor name, address, email, phone number, and badge names, as well as what you are selling.

  • Massachusetts Sales Tax Number and/or FFL# (If you plan to sell or transfer any Post-1898 Long Arms at the show, you must provide your FFL).

– NOTE:  NO MODERN HANDGUNS ALLOWED, long guns up to 1946, antique arms up to 1898.  Please check with what is allowed, or not in Massachusetts.  You are responsible for this.

– Scan & email a copy of your Mass Sales Tax Number – we are required to have one on file.

Email to: NEAASClub@gmail.com. A sales tax number can only be obtained online through Mass.gov.

– Badges: 3 badges total, to include the Exhibitor.

– The “Show” tab on the website will give you hotel information, directions, show times, etc.

Sales Tables are for the Exhibitors selling, & Auction Houses, and others.  The privilege for purchasing your SALES & Display tables EACH through the website will have a 4% charge credit Card / PayPal fee added to the $150.00 (snail mail) table cost = 157/table.

Displayers, who are going to participate in the Display Award Program, the cost per display table is $105.00 per table through the website.  If you are selling with a table next to you, you’d choose the Sales Table Cost and add it to your cart. 

If you are an exhibitor, wanting to display only and DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE in the Display Award Program, you will pay $157.00 (Sales Table Cost) per table.  We only discount to individuals who are serious about joining the important Display Award Program.


Sales Table for Exhibitors and Auction Houses and those NOT participating in the Display program – $157.00


Display Table: Participating in the Award Program Only – $105.00


Electricity – $95.00
