Exhibitor Times – 7-4 PM.
Members & Public are Invited to this Club Show – 9-4 PM.
Exhibitors are allowed 2 tables & 2 Badges only, due to the limited size of the show.
Dealer setup at 7-7:15 AM, due to setting up the hall.
If your table is empty by 9, it will be allowed to be sold to another exhibitor.
Invited Clubs or public guests come in at 9 AM – 4 PM, and NEAAS Club Members in good standing
(all wearing their member badges).
No Modern Handguns Allowed, no long guns allowed after 1946.
Antique Guns (pre-1898) are allowed
The club focuses on history and sharing it with interested individuals. It is the goal and hope that the NEAAS efforts will breathe some life back into the collecting market and recreate the interest in collecting Revolutionary War, Civil War, World War I, World War II items and other areas of military interest once again.

By filling out and paying for your application for tables, you ARE AGREEING to all club rules and AGREE to stay open until 4:00 PM.

Payment for tables deadline to keep the same spot is January 10, 2026.

Cancelling your paid tables within 30 days before the show will not be refunded.

Leaving early will affect your opportunity to participate in future shows.

There is a deadline to send in your show application NO LATER THAN January 10, 2026 for the March Show.

All Exhibitors with a sales table should not be required to have a current State of Connecticut Sales Tax.

This is a Club event.

Cost of a sales table for Exhibitors $50.00 per table, Display Table $40 per table, if mailed in. If you choose to pay through this website, there is an upcharge for a Credit Card use.

This is a one day show only, so all exhibitors are asked to please stay the 9-4PM hours the public is present to make this show a success!

There is free parking for everyone.

No dogs, unless they are service-related.
