THE 27th ANNUAL NEAAS STURBRIDGE SHOW
JUNE 13 – 14, 2025

Exhibitor hours: Fri 10 – 5, Sat 8-4.
Friday from 10-5 is Dealer Set-up & Early Buyers, with NEAAS Members in good standing (& wearing their badges) only. Early buyers pay $100 donation per person.
Saturday has Dealer setup at 8am, and if your table is empty by 9, it will be allowed to be sold to another party.
Saturday will allow all general public folks to come in at 9 AM – 4 PM, as well as any Early Buyers wishing to return (wearing your EB badge), and NEAAS Club Members in good standing (all wearing their member badges) at 9 AM for Regular Admission.

No Modern Handguns Allowed, no long guns allowed after 1946.
Antique Guns (pre-1898) are allowed
We have limited number of rooms blocked now,
so please avail yourselves of other hotels in the area.

We have the Sturbridge Police Department for our Security detail 24/7, as usual, as well as other local Police Departments who assist with Sturbridge Police. We are proud to support the local Police Departments and all their valuable assistance over the years.
The club focuses on history and sharing it with interested individuals. It is the goal and hope that the NEAAS efforts will breathe some life back into the collecting market and recreate the interest in collecting Revolutionary War, Civil War, World War I, World War II items and other areas of military interest once again.

By filling out and paying for your application for tables, you ARE AGREEING to all club rules and AGREE to stay open until Saturday at 4:00 PM.

There is a deadline to send in your show application NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1, 2024, in order to keep your table(s).

All Exhibitors with a sales table are required to have a current State of Massachusetts Sales Tax number. Contact Massachusetts Dept. of Revenue MA Sales Tax number online, using web-file ONLY. Massachusetts has gone paperless, as many other States are now doing.

Cost of a sales table for Exhibitors & Auction Houses is $150.00 per table, if mailed in.

Cost of a sales table, if you pay on the website, is $157.00/table.

Cost of a Display table for Exhibitors, who are Participating in the Display Award Ceremony is $100.00 per table. If you choose to display on one table, sell on the other(s), you would be required to pay the SALE Table price for the tables(s).

Cost of Display table for Exhibitors who DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DISPLAY AWARD CEREMONY IS $150 by mail, or $157.00 per table on the Payment page on this website.

Saturday Show closing is at 4:00 PM and the unloading doors will open at that time. Please respect this rule, as customers are paying for a full Saturday. Leaving early may affect your opportunity to participate in future shows.

Hotel rate will be $119.00 for a single/double occupancy, a nice savings for all, so use it. Your guests and anyone attending the show can avail themselves of the show hotel rate! Call before rooms are filled up, although we have only set aside a minimal amount for 2024. Hotel Contact: 508-347-7393 – NEAAS Club. Or stay at another hotel locally, as many folks choose to do.

The Sturbridge Host Hotel will be offering a concession only on Saturday, for all exhibitors and public attendees.

There is free parking for everyone.

No dogs, unless they are service-related.

For general directions: Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center is located on Route 20. From the North, East and West, take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 9, Route 20 West. From the South, take either Interstate 84 or Route 131 to Route 20 West. Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center is located on the shore of Cedar Lake, just after McDonald’s.
